Admission to SSNR2026 will be decided upon a selection made by the Steering Committee based on the CV submitted in the registration form. Earlier registrations will be given priority.

EARLY APPLICATIONS:
The early application deadline for SSNR2026 is set on March 6, 2026.
The SSNR Steering Committee will select a first group among these early applications. Selected participants will be notified via email of their early application acceptance by March 20, 2026 and the early registration fee must be completed/paid before April 24, 2026.

REGULAR APPLICATIONS:
Depending on available space, the regular application deadline for SSNR2026 is set on April 24, 2026.
Selected participants will be notified via email of their regular application acceptance by May 8, 2026 and the regular registration fees must be paid before May 22, 2026.

LATE APPLICATIONS:
Depending on available space, late applications may be considered after May 8, 2026.

The registration fee includes the school/scientific program, half-board accommodation (1 hotel room shared between 2 SSNR attendees) with breakfast and lunch for 5 nights, and the social program (which includes the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner).

Please note that for SSNR2026, VAT/IVA/taxes are not included in the fees listed below for payments made by individuals without a company or institution VAT/tax ID, Spanish individuals, or Spanish companies/institutions.

Regular Registration Fee: 1750 EUR (VAT/IVA/taxes not included)

Contribution (2-page abstract) deadline: May 22, 2026
Notification of contribution selection: May 27, 2026
